Our ancestors have spent long lives because they worked hard in their whole lives. Today people cycle while they travel to go on their works. And the rest of the time we spent on computers. For that the playgrounds become limited and people leave to exercise.

Promoting Exercise:

The government should introduce everyone to exercise if they want to build a healthy nation. They can reserve 15 to 20 minutes for exercise in government departments. In television shows, exercise-related programs should be aired, and air those programs that motivate the audience to exercise. Wrestling boxing etc can be organized on a national level. If the current situation will not change then we will become patients of depression. We should avoid mobile, cable and computer to waste our time and should spent our precious time in sports and exercise.
