- One must pay online deposit Rs. 100/- in any nearest Allied Bank Ltd., United Bank Ltd. Or Habib Bank Ltd.
- Candidates are then required to send written application (mentioning roll no., test title, test date and test score) along with original online deposit slip on the following address.
